Much More Than Your Regular Chefs
My brother and I both started in the restaurant industry when we were sixteen, bussing tables and slowly working our way through every job they would let us, starting in the back of house. We learned proper procedures for storing food, how to respect and prepare the ingredients given to us, and how to cook them properly to make everything delicious while still getting it to the table in a timely manner. We then moved to the front of house, learning what it meant to provide excellent service, ensuring that guests not only enjoyed their food but also their time at the restaurant. We have taken these skills and honed them over the years, discovering new recipes of our own and building on the foundations of what we were taught. We take genuine pride in the work that we do and can set up anything from a simple taco stand to a multi-course banquet dinner. We truly love what we do and want nothing more than to cook great food, offer superior service, and hopefully give you an event you will remember and talk about for years to come.
